Warranty Policy

Warranty Eligibility:

• The tax invoice MUST be included with the warranty claim.
  
• Claims will not be accepted if the invoices are invalid.
  
• Applies only to products purchased at full MRP from NHK HELMETS INDIA authorized dealers or nhkindia.com.
  
• Authorized resellers list: nhkindia.com.

Coverage:

• A FIVE-year warranty covers manufacturing defects on the outer shell only, starting from the date of purchase.
  
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  
• Purchasing a product means acceptance of these warranty terms.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Products purchased under discounts or offers are not covered under warranty.
  
• Wear and tear from regular use.
  
• Damage caused by accidents, falls, or mishandling.
  
• Physical damage from dropping the helmet.
  
• Color fading from sun exposure, especially on high visibility colors.
  
• Problems due to lack of maintenance or unusual usage conditions.
  
• Any modifications or customizations to the helmet.
  
• Use of paint, adhesives, glue, stickers, decals, screws, or harmful chemicals.
  
• Scratches, marks, or rust due to usage, including visor damage.
  
• Color chipping on the EPS (Expanded Polystyrene).
  
• Subjective rider issues like fit, comfort, wind noise, or aerodynamics.
  
• Helmet accessories such as visors, cheek pads, chin curtains, pinlock, spoilers, airvents, sun visors etc.

Company Discretion

• The company reserves the right to reject any claim  at its sole discretion.
  
• Warranty policy may change without prior notice.
