Warranty Policy

Coverage
A FIVE-year warranty is provided for manufacturing defects on the shell only, beginning with the date of purchase.

Claim Requirements

• The tax invoice MUST be included with the warranty claim.

• Claims will not be accepted if the invoices are invalid.

Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover products acquired at a discount or through an offer for less than the MRP.
• The warranty does not cover some components, such as cushions, liners, visors, sun visor mechanisms, anti-fog, etc.
• The painted surfaces and outer shell are not covered for damage like abrasions, scratches, stone chips, and other injuries sustained from contact with other objects or surfaces.
• It does not cover the use of glues, adhesives, or other chemicals that could damage the item's surface.
• The warranty does not cover the eventual fading or deterioration of fluorescent paints and/or decorations due to environmental exposure.
• Subjective issues including fit, aerodynamics, wind or whistling noise, comfort, size, and padding sound are not covered by warranties and are not regarded as manufacturing faults.

Company Discretion
The company reserves the right to reject any claim at its sole discretion.
