Refund & Exchange policy
Exchange Policy:
Your favorite helmet purchased from us doesn't fit well? No problem, we are happy to exchange it for the right size.
Please note products purchased can be exchanged for size only. Product must be shipped to us within 48hrs of receiving the product and a mail must be sent to support@69deisgns.in regarding the same. The cost of sending the product must be borne by the customer. Sixty Nine Designs will send the replacement free of cost. Any product is valid for exchange only under the following conditions:
1. Product must be unused.
2. All the tags and packing material must be intact.
Please note accessories once purchased cannot be exchanged.
Returns & Refund Policy:
After purchasing, products can only be exchanged. They cannot be returned for a reimbursement. Should the chosen size not be available for the replacement goods, the client will have to select another model. In the event that it is also unavailable, a refund will only be issued as store credit, which is good for 30 days. No cash refund will ever be given by the company.

"Post NHK’s approval of the cancellation, refund will be credited to the original mode of payment”
Cancellation Policy:
We start processing the orders soon after receiving them. Hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
